Russia's insistence on paying for Russian gas in rubles has rattled European countries: Greece held an emergency meeting of suppliers, the Dutch government would urge consumers to use less gas, and the French energy regulator told consumers not to panic. Russian gas meets one-third of Europe's annual energy needs.

Russia said they could expand their demand for ruble payments for other commodities, including oil, grain, fertilizer, coal, and metals, which raised the risk of recession in Europe and the US.

Moscow is expected to unveil its ruble payment plan in early April, but it said it would not immediately ask buyers to pay for gas in rubles.

Western countries have said paying in rubles would be a breach of contract, and renegotiation could take months or longer. This uncertainty has pushed commodity market prices higher.

The supply and prices of other commodities like the concrete foaming agent could also be affected.

Foam concrete contains a large number of closed pores, the air in the pores is a good adiabatic medium, which can cut off the heat exchange. The lower the density, the more pores, the better the adiabatic property. Especially when the density is less than 500 μ m? The thermal conductivity of foamed concrete is less than 0.09w/m.k. Generally speaking, the material with thermal conductivity lower than 0.23 is called thermal insulation material, and the thermal insulation material lower than 0.14w/m.k is called thermal insulation material. Most of the foamed concrete is lower than 0.14w/m.k, and most of them are lower than 0.09w/m.k, so it is a good thermal insulation material.

1. Used for thermal insulation in buildings

Building thermal insulation if all the application of foam concrete, including roof thermal insulation layer, wall insulation layer, floor heating insulation layer (or cushion), is equivalent to using foam concrete to wrap the whole house, one square meter building area needs 0.2m3~0.5m3 foam concrete (roof, floor, four walls are calculated by 5cm insulation layer), a building with a building area of 10,000 square meters, you need foam concrete 2000m3~5000m3.

2. Used for building thermal insulation block

Non-load-bearing thermal insulation block: density 300kg/m3, thermal conductivity 0.05~0.08W/ m k, compressive strength 0.5MPa. The thermal insulation effect of this kind of block is the most ideal, and it is the product with the largest demand for building energy saving and the most lacking in the market. Ultra-light block is the development direction of foam concrete, it can achieve integrated thermal insulation, the wall itself can meet the requirements of 65% energy saving, save the external thermal insulation treatment, and reduce the building thermal insulation cost by 40%, 50%.

Load-bearing thermal insulation block: density 1000~1200kg/m3, compressive strength greater than 10MPa, thermal conductivity 0.18-0.22; it is lighter than red brick, but the thermal insulation is twice as high. This kind of block can completely replace red brick for load-bearing wall, it and thermal insulation, load-bearing, lightweight three functions in one, to replace red brick has great advantages, has a larger market.

3. Used for cold storage heat preservation

Foam was originally used in cold storage thermal insulation, but foam concrete pouring or masonry insulation was used in developed countries because it is easy to aging, shrinking and flammable. It mainly adopts integral cast-in-place, roof, wall, ground all foam concrete cast-in-place, no cold bridge, no gap.

4. Used for thermal insulation of industrial furnace

The main products are fire-resistant and thermal insulation bricks.

Large industrial furnaces such as iron and steel plants, glass plants, ceramic plants, non-ferrous metal smelters and cement calcination kilns need to build a layer of thermal insulation refractory brick on the outside of refractory bricks in order to reduce energy consumption. The original use of floating bead brick, alumina foam brick, the price is very high, now foam concrete refractory brick has replaced the high-priced traditional products, the price is less than half, very competitive.

Due to the impact of COVID-19, russia-Ukraine conflict and international trade friction, the global economy is facing great challenges. Overseas trade is shrinking, supply chains are not smooth, oil prices are rising, freight rates are rising, and global trade and economic recovery are becoming more uncertain, which brings many risks and challenges to the company's business. The price of the concrete foaming agent can also be influenced by the above factors. To get the price of the latest concrete foaming agent, you are welcome to send email contact.
