This paper introduces the background and necessity of the implementation of information security encryption in the DC fast charging protocol for electric vehicles, and the leakage of sensitive information that is easily caused by the clear text transmission of the CAN bus communication protocol. From the perspective of confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information security, the CAN bus has explained The vulnerability of communication security. Based on the AES symmetric encryption mechanism and the principle of Diffie-Hellman key exchange, starting from the characteristics of the GB/T27930 standard, a CAN bus protocol encryption scheme compatible with the current standard is proposed. The information is introduced. The key agreement process of the encryption scheme, the ciphertext transmission method, and the timing of combining with the GB/T 27930 charging overall process. Examples prove the feasibility of the implementation of the information encryption scheme. Finally, the advantages, deficiencies, and scope of use of the protocol information encryption scheme are summarized.

This article has conducted a more in-depth study on the DC-DC phase-shifted full-bridge ZVS of the DC fast charging source module, and completed the following work: Through reading a large number of relevant domestic and foreign literature and market research, I understand the research hotspots of DC fast charging. The more common DC-DC circuit determines the main circuit topology. The necessity of adopting phase-shifted full-bridge ZVS soft-switching technology in high-power DC charging technology is discussed, and the working process of the converter is analyzed in detail.
